Genuine Cosworth V8 Indycar Engine Block Table / TOP GEAR / ENGINE TABLE

How incredibly cool is this! Created from a 90’s XB Cosworth V8 engine block like the one used by Jacques Villeneuve in the photograph (pic for example).

Complete with bespoke laser cut steel supports and choice of tempered glass top… STUNNING! 

This engine was part of a new line of engines designed by Ford-Cosworth to replace the DFX and DFS engines.

The XB won 10 of 17 races in 1995, and was also used in the 1996 Indy Racing League season.
